ENGAGE fellows attended the quantum computing weeks at the University of Padua in Italy from 6th to 17th of May. They gained practical skills in using real quantum computers and learned the fundamentals of quantum computing, including hands-on sessions with emulators installed on the Cineca High Performance Computing facility. Additionally, the fellows explored tensor network methods, keeping up with the latest technical advancements, and participated actively in both the development and application of these methods.
